Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential or existing clients, providing information about financial products and services, collecting and updating customer information, and addressing inquiries to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records and working collaboratively with the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of financial products or a willingness to learn
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus
