Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers professionally, and addressing their inquiries or concerns. They will maintain accurate call records, provide necessary information about the company's services, and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
