Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers professionally, and addressing their inquiries or concerns. They will maintain accurate call records, provide necessary information about the company's services, and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed. The role requires delivering excellent customer service, building rapport with clients, and supporting relationship management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate call records and managing data
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
  • Customer service or tele-calling experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fresher are welcome.
