Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining our products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer queries and concerns.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Salary: Based on experience and performance (Fixed + Incentives)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
