Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions for our e-commerce clothing brand. The role involves handling order-related queries, resolving customer issues quickly, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls related to orders
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns & exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse/logistics) for order resolution
- Maintain proper call logs and customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Handle WhatsApp / basic chat support if required
Requirements- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce order flow (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and solve problems on the go
- Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic systems
