Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow up with the customer regarding inquiries, services, and updates
- Explain company services and provide the required information to customers
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Respond to customer queries through Calls, Emails, or WhatsApp messages
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and guidance
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports and update customer databases
