Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Follow up with the customer regarding inquiries, services, and updates
  • Explain company services and provide the required information to customers
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Respond to customer queries through Calls, Emails, or WhatsApp messages
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and guidance
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare daily reports and update customer databases
