## Role Summary

Handle inbound/outbound calls to students/parents for course info, lead generation, and admission support.

## Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls, explain courses, fees, and admission process.

- Handle inbound enquiries and counsel students for course fit.

- Update leads, follow-ups in Excel/CRM daily.

- Meet calling and admission targets.

- Share daily reports with management.

## Qualifications

- 12th pass; graduation preferred.

- 0-2 years telecalling experience.

- Good Hindi communication; basic English.

- Basic MS Excel knowledge.

## Skills

- Strong phone communication.

- Target-oriented with good follow-up.

## Job Details

- Location: Noida.

- Full-time (6 days).

- Salary: Fixed + incentives.
