Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Kottayam for a Telecaller. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and parents via phone to provide information about our IELTS coaching programs, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Telecaller will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up on leads, and support students by providing relevant updates about our courses.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and local languages
• Interpersonal and persuasion skills to build rapport with prospective students and parents
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar software is an advantage
• Organizational skills for record-keeping and follow-up
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with the education sector, especially IELTS or similar coaching programs, is an added advantage
