Telecaller Associate (Freshers)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Associate to join our team.

Job Location : Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services to customers and address basic queries.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Support the marketing team in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experiecence : Fresher
• Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
