This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located at our facility in Nagpur. The primary responsibilities include contacting potential or existing patients to provide or gather information about dental services, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries about treatments. The Telecaller will maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow up on consultations to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role requires maintaining a professional and courteous approach during all interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and local languages
• Ability to manage calls effectively, maintain patient records, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Proficiency in using basic computer software and familiarity with appointment scheduling tools
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to handling patient queries
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
