Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller / Admission Counsellor based in Ahmedabad. The position involves engaging with prospective students and their families via phone, providing information about international education programs, guiding students through the admission process, and addressing their queries. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, following up on inquiries, and ensuring a seamless application process. The Admission Counsellor will collaborate with team members to achieve enrollment targets and offer exceptional counseling experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Professional experience in telecalling, counseling, or a similar client-facing role
• Proficiency in maintaining and organizing student records and application details
• Knowledge of international educational systems and admission processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM platforms
• Ability to meet targets, work collaboratively with a team, and maintain a customer-centric approach
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals
• Prior experience in education consulting or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with preference for education, communication, or related fields
