Telecaller

We are hiring a Telecaller (Telesales) for our real estate business in Bhopal. Your main job is to call interested leads, explain our projects, and get site visits booked.

Key Responsibilities

• Make minimum 80 calls daily to leads (Meta/Facebook ads, website, database)
• Explain project details, pricing and offers to customers clearly
• Book site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Follow up with interested leads on call and WhatsApp until visit / closing
• Update every call status and lead remark in Excel/CRM daily
• Share a daily report: calls made, interested leads, site visits booked

Requirements

• Good communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Confident, polite and convincing on calls
• Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets
• Freshers can apply; telecalling or real estate sales experience preferred
• Female and male candidates both can apply

Daily Targets

• 80+ calls per day
• Regular site visit bookings every week

Salary: Rs 8,000 - 10,000 per month (based on interview and experience)
