Job Title: Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, explaining products/services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through inbound and outbound calls.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to potential customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize conversions.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: PUC / Diploma / Graduate – All can apply.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Languages: Basic to good communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.

- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on experience and previous salary).

Working Schedule

- 6 days working per week.

- 1 rotational weekly off.
