Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales role based in West Delhi. The Tele Sales Representative will focus on reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell real estate products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include cold calling, following up on leads, understanding client requirements, and maintaining professional relationships with potential buyers and sellers. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining records of all interactions, and supporting the broader sales team with market insights and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of the UAE real estate market or the ability to learn and adapt quickly to industry dynamics.
  • Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail for maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in tele sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
