• Employment Type:Bank Payroll
• Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Week Off: Sunday
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹23,000 in-hand, depending on qualifications and experience, plus attractive incentives.

Responsibilities and Description

• Promote and sell HDFC Bank products, including credit cards, home loans, and insurance.
• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure accurate collection of customer information and required documents.
• Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or graduate freshers can apply.
• Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant sales experience are preferred for higher salary brackets.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to convince customers and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
• Age: 19–35 years.
