Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Tele Sales Officer. Responsibilities include driving lead generation, communicating with potential clients via calls, and converting leads into sales. Additional tasks involve managing sales operations and providing exceptional customer service, as well as supporting channel sales strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining quality standards in customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively handle outbound and inbound calls with potential clients
  • Experience in Sales Operations with a focus on monitoring and improving sales performance
  • Knowledge of Channel Sales processes and strategies to drive performance and collaboration with partners
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-paced environment
  • Sound organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
