Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Financial

• Initiate On-call debit & online payment of renewal as per customer request.
• Periodic Data & call audit
• Managing Agent wise Performance tracker on day to basis.
• Collaborate with the branch Team to collect the renewal
• Daily Briefing and Knowledge Sharing .
  
  

Non-Financial Responsibilities

• Improvements in Systems and Processes
• Daily dialer call matrix maintained.
• Quality Assurance of process
• Call Assessment on daily basis and give calls feedbacks
• Data analysis on daily basis
  
  

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of the portfolio based on Non-Starters & delinquency of various sourcing channels, products, customer segments, area, etc.
• Resolve audit queries and work to minimize queries overtime. .
• Have understanding and knowledge of company's policy.
• Co-ordinate with RCU to ensure adequate sampling and cross verification especially for new channels and executives.
