Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Interns to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, particularly within the logistics and supply chain industry. Successful candidates will contribute to lead generation efforts, maintain client relationships, and support the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective and existing customers to promote company services
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other appropriate channels
- Schedule and, if necessary, participate in face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects
- Accurately record and manage customer information and sales activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with other sales team members and departments to resolve client queries
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
- Keen interest in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Ability to learn about products/services quickly and explain them to prospects
- Willingness to occasionally travel for face-to-face client meetings, if required
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Prior internship or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
