Tele Sales for IT course

Description

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team and promote our IT courses to potential students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help others achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential students to promote IT courses.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication.
• Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, and admission procedures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Target oriented

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of IT courses and the education sector is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
