Job Description
We are seeking a driven and articulate Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or inside salespreferably within the IT or SaaS industry. You'll play a key role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and video calls.
Present and promote IT/SaaS products to prospective customers.
Manage leads, follow up consistently, and close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer information in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
13 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telecalling (preferably in IT/SaaS).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Confidence in client engagement through phone and video meetings.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
