We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales through phone calls. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products or services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Requirements- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheets.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Qualifications- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
