Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales through phone calls. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company products or services and answer customer queries.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
