Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, for a Tele Sales Executive at Tax2win. The Tele Sales Executive will engage with potential customers over the phone to present Tax2win's services, address queries, and assist in onboarding clients. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing accurate product or service information. Cross-department collaboration may be required to address customer needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with customers
- Proven ability in sales processes including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals
- Customer service skills to address inquiries and provide resolution in a professional manner
- Capability to meet targets and work independently in a structured, on-site environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of tax services or prior experience in financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages
