Position: Tele Sales Executive – Software Solutions

Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming software enquiries and customer calls
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
• Explain software products and IT services clearly
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Schedule software demos and appointments
• Follow up on quotations and pending leads
• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build good relationships with potential customers

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales preferred
• Basic understanding of software / IT services is an advantage
• Good follow-up and convincing skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
