About the Role

Saince Pharmacy is seeking a high-energy, intellectually sharp, and results-driven Telesales Executive to drive growth within our retail pharmacy division. You will be the primary link between our pharmacy network and our clients, managing outreach for both our B2B partners and individual B2C customers.

We are not looking for script-readers. We are looking for high-performers who thrive on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and consistently exceeding monthly revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle for our pharmacy business, focusing on building a loyal customer base across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Proactively engage with potential B2B partners and repeat B2C customers to increase order volume and service adoption.
  • Consultative Service: Effectively communicate the value of our product range (vitamins, wellness, and prescription services) to address specific customer healthcare needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with our client base through consistent, professional, and personalized follow-ups.
  • Data-Driven Sales: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM to track progress, identify sales patterns, and manage your pipeline efficiently.
  • Market Insight: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing regular feedback on customer preferences, competitor pricing, and market demand.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in high-volume telesales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, wellness, or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage daily outreach and sales tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor your own sales data and iterate on your approach for better results.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in business or healthcare-related retail.
