Position

Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales.

Freshers are not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their real estate requirements.
• Explain residential and commercial real estate projects, offers and payment plans.
• Generate, qualify and follow up with leads.
• Schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good understanding of real estate projects and customer requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and regular follow-ups.
