We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales by contacting potential customers over the phone and providing them with information about our products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Present and sell company products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
