Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tele Sales Executive – Mutual Funds & Investments for a full-time, on-site position located in Varanasi. The individual will be responsible for prospecting leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting and explaining investment opportunities, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Additional responsibilities include client relationship management, advising customers on mutual funds and investment products based on their financial goals, and achieving sales targets within set deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in sales, client relationship management, and telecommunication
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, equity, debt instruments, and investment products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly related to financial markets
  • Competence in persuasion, negotiation, and customer service
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Varanasi
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or financial consulting will be advantageous
