Job Description

Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 Years

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to support our business development initiatives by engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a consultative approach to customer interactions, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

This role requires regular interaction with potential customers through inbound and outbound communication channels, ensuring effective lead nurturing and seamless coordination with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads for the sales team.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products and services.
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
    • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and databases.
    • Track customer interactions, enquiries, and feedback for future reference.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
    • Achieve assigned lead generation and customer engagement targets.
Skills Required

    • 12+, Graduate and above
    • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related customer-facing role.
    • If you are proficient (Speak, Read and write) in Hindi, Gujarathi, Assami, Bengali and Marathi you are the right fit.
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.
    • Target-orientated mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to multitask, maintain accurate records, and manage customer interactions effectively.
