- Maintainaccuraterecordsofinteractionsandconversions
- Workcloselywiththeoperationsteamforsmoothcustomeronboarding
RequiredSkills&Experience:
- Minimum1yearofexperienceinsales/tele-sales/outboundcalling
- StrongcommunicationinHindi&English
- Abilitytohandleobjectionsandconvertleads
- ComfortableworkingonSundays/holidaysasperbusinessrequirements
- Goal-orientedwithahighsenseofownership
- 6 Days Working (Rotational Weekoff)
- Shift timings: Rotational
