Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products or services, and converting leads into successful sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, understanding customer needs, handling inquiries and objections, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively
  • Proficiency in persuasive and negotiation techniques for sales conversions
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in local languages and English, with excellent speaking and listening skills
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
