Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role located in New Delhi. The Tele Sales Executive will engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide information about the company's software solutions, and foster long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, client outreach, pitching Microsoft Dynamics and AI-driven solutions, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also requires achieving sales targets, providing feedback to the product team, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage with clients, effectively communicate value propositions, and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics, and AI-powered applications is advantageous.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to understand client challenges and recommend tailored software solutions.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in tele sales, B2B sales, or the IT/software solutions industry is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
