We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. As a voice of Happy Nature, you will play a key role in engaging with potential and existing customers, explaining our products and offers, and driving subscriptions and reorders. You'll be part of a passionate, customer-first team where your communication skills and sales aptitude can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential leads and explain Happy Nature's product offerings and subscription model.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences.
  • Share ongoing promotional offers, combo packs, and seasonal deals.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads to regular buyers.
  • Maintain daily call logs and report sales performance.
  • Work closely with the customer support and operations team to ensure smooth order experience.

Prime Skills Required:

✔️ Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus)

✔️ Ability to build rapport quickly and establish customer trust

✔️ Confidence, persuasion, and strong selling skills

✔️ Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales preferred

✔️ Basic computer skills – familiarity with CRM or Google Sheets is a plus

✔️ Strong follow-up skills and a proactive attitude

✔️ Empathetic listener and solution-oriented mindset

✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Education & Experience:

  • Graduation & above
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele sales or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are welcome

Working Hours: 6 days a week 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
