About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive Fundraising to support our crowdfunding campaigns through outbound telecalling. This is an entry-level/junior role, ideal for candidates with basic fundraising or tele-sales experience who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential donors for crowdfunding / NGO campaigns
- Clearly explain campaign objectives and fundraising requirements
- Build rapport with donors and address basic queries
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and fundraising targets
- Maintain accurate call records and donor information
- Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and reporting processes
Required Qualifications & Experience- 0.63 year of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or fundraising
- Experience in NGO or crowdfunding telecalling is preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi / English (Marathi preferred)
- Willingness to work in a target-based role
- Basic understanding of donor communication
