Cloud Wizard Consulting is a leading provider of AWS and Snowflake training and consulting services, helping businesses and individuals adopt cloud technologies effectively. We are seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives (Freshers) to join our growing team and drive new customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our training and consulting services.
  • Understand customer requirements and share relevant course/program information.
  • Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with senior sales consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and events.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate (any discipline) with a keen interest in sales and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English is a must).
  • Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport with customers.
  • Ability to learn about cloud technologies (AWS, Snowflake) quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
