Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our training and consulting services.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant course/program information.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into opportunities.
- Schedule meetings or demos with senior sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and events.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate (any discipline) with a keen interest in sales and technology.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English is a must).
- Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport with customers.
- Ability to learn about cloud technologies (AWS, Snowflake) quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
