Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic
Telesales Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are enthusiastic about sales and customer interaction. The primary role will be to generate leads, drive sales, and provide exceptional service to our customers through phone-based communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients over the phone to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to encourage repeat sales and build long-term relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information on our products or services, and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive the success of the team.
