Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role based in Kanpur. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to domestic and international prospects, presenting the company's pet products and leather-related offerings, and generating qualified leads. The role includes following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions, and updating the CRM or sales tracking systems. The Tele Sales Executive will coordinate with the sales and operations teams to share customer requirements, prepare basic quotations or product details, and support order closure. Daily tasks also include meeting call and conversion targets, handling customer queries professionally, and providing regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
  • Proven ability in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing, export, or FMCG sectors.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and follow-up techniques.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage call lists, maintain records, and work with CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable working with targets, performance metrics, and reporting daily sales activities.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are an advantage for international client communication.
  • Ability to learn product features quickly and explain technical or product details in simple terms to customers.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Positive, resilient attitude with a customer-centric mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
