Amchem is one of the leading two-component polyurethane coating manufacturers in the world. We have been in business for over 30+ years and have worked with some of the Worlds biggest pipe manufacturers such as Jindal Saw LLC, Welspun, Oriental Steel, Electrosteel etc. on projects totaling over 75 million square feet. We are growing at more than 50% CAGR and have been recently awarded Star Export House by the Government of India. With our new line of products that meet industrial standards from all over the world (USA AWWA C222, France ACS, UK WRAS, Europe EN 10290 / 15655 / 15189, etc.), we are looking to expand more aggressively into newer markets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 12 years of experience in tele calling /inside sales /customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective clients from company-provided leads.
  • Pitch and explain the basic features & benefits of waterproofing products in a clear and professional manner.
  • Understand client needs and create interest in the product.
  • Convert leads into potential clients by scheduling and transferring calls/appointments to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM/Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of interested clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi language preferred).
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and creating engagement.
  • Persuasive, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport.
  • Organized and disciplined in follow-ups and reporting.
