Job Title: Tele Sales Executive / Admission counsellor / Student counsellor

Location: Ahmedabad | Mode: Work from Office | Full-time, Permanent

SIRE Gujarat's First Real Estate Career Institute is dedicated to providing specialized training and career opportunities in the real estate sector. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients to promote institute courses and services.
  • Explain course details, career opportunities, and resolve queries effectively.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and convert prospects into admissions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM/excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for lead management.
  • Build positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate in any discipline (Education background in Marketing/Business preferred).
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling/counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
  3. Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English.
  4. Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic computer skills.
