Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients to promote institute courses and services.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and resolve queries effectively.
- Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and convert prospects into admissions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM/excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for lead management.
- Build positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Education background in Marketing/Business preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling/counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic computer skills.
