Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Insurance Renewal) Department: Sales / Customer Support Industry: Insurance Location: PAN INDIA Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Telecaller Executive to join our insurance division. The primary responsibility will be contacting existing policyholders regarding their upcoming policy renewals. The renewal data and contact details will be provided to you by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Proactively contact existing clients using the provided renewal database to remind them of their upcoming insurance policy expirations.
• Customer Assistance: Explain the benefits of timely renewal, discuss available policy upgrades or add-ons, and address any queries or concerns the policyholder may have.
• Follow-up & Conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients who have not yet renewed, ensuring a high retention rate and achieving daily/weekly conversion targets.
• Database Management: Accurately update customer responses, payment statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/database system.
• Payment Facilitation: Guide customers through the payment process, sharing secure payment links and confirming successful transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Service Representative (prior experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada or Gujarati is a plus).
• Strong persuasive skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
