Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales role located in Pune City. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to present and sell company products and services. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, engaging with customers to build relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role also involves providing exceptional customer support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and address client concerns effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening and conveying information clearly
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals
- Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is preferred
- Prior experience in tele sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus
