Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales role based in Mumbai. The Tele Sales professional will handle inbound and outbound calls, introduce customers to Carsuit's services, and clearly explain offerings such as Paint Protection Film, ceramic coating, wraps, detailing, and car mods. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable packages, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, coordinating with the operations team for appointments, and providing ongoing customer support. The Tele Sales professional will also participate in basic product training and contribute feedback to improve scripts and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Proven Sales and Customer Support abilities, including lead conversion and handling customer queries.
• Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adapt to new scripts, products, and processes.
• Basic understanding of automotive services or interest in the automotive sector is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage call volumes, and use CRM or call tracking tools.
• Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in business or related fields is an advantage.
• Comfort with English and local languages commonly spoken in Mumbai.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.
