We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Representatives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential leads provided, explaining products/services, Fix appointment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products over phone calls.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, Bengali and basic English preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.
- Experience: Atleast 1 year experience in tele calling or sales.
Working Days & Timing
Monday to Saturday.
Shift Timing :- 11 Am to 7 PM
