Role Description

We are hiring a Tele Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. The associate will engage in connecting with potential learners via calls to explain FACE Prep's offerings, guide prospects through the registration process, and address queries regarding our programs. The individual will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, follow up with leads, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine strategies and gather feedback to improve services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen and effectively convey information.
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and building relationships with diverse individuals.
• Comfortable with customer follow-ups and leveraging CRM tools to track and manage interactions.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and leads efficiently.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer relationship management is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience preferred.
