We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tele sales, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Manage and maintain a database of leads and customer information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain reports of sales activities and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
