Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tele Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting telephone-based research to gather information, verify data, and provide insights that support our business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Telephone Research
- Make outbound calls to gather information from target audiences.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and data verification calls.
- Collect and record accurate data in a systematic manner.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information collected.
- Compile and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
Database Management
- Update and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Regularly review and clean the database to remove outdated or incorrect information.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports based on research findings.
- Document methodologies and processes for future reference.
- Provide regular updates on research progress and results to the management team.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with other team members to support research projects.
- Communicate effectively with respondents to obtain necessary information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand research needs and objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a tele-research, telemarketing, or related role.
- Experience in B2B or market research is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
