Tele - Relationship Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Relationship Manager (Motor Insurance) – Agency Channel

What is the purpose of the role –

• Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and onboard new POSP partners.
• Service existing POSPs to drive Motor Insurance sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure speedy and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with the InsuranceDekho HO Team for smooth execution of the sales and policy issuance process.
• Conduct offline training and provide regular servicing and product support to POSPs.
• Develop and maintain a strong local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business numbers.
• Should be a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive the channel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent.
• Candidate should preferably be from an Insurance background, with hands-on experience in the agency channel of a General Insurance Company,Motor Insurance Company, or Insurance Brokerage Firm.
• Manage relationships with customers and POSP partners.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Motor Insurance products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and policy lifecycle.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Health Insurance customer and POSP base.

• Graduation degree in any stream with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of Motor & General Insurance and a strong interest in sales.
• Good understanding of Motor Insurance products
• Experience from 1 year to 3 years in insurance sales/agency channel preferred.
• Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
• Proficiency and fluency in English, along with any other local language preferably.
