Role Description

Elite Club is looking for a part-time Tele-Recruiter to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential members, providing detailed information about upcoming events, and maintaining a professional and friendly approach with all interactions. The Tele-Recruiter will also manage inquiries, build a strong database of participants, and support the recruitment team in achieving their targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management abilities
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Basic knowledge of managing databases and office software tools
• Previous experience in telemarketing, recruitment, or events coordination is an advantage
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and additional regional languages is a plus
