We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Marketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field and will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about relevant products and services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
