Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and confident Telemarketing Intern to support our customer outreach, lead generation, and sales coordination activities. The intern will engage with potential clients, explain our offerings, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Generate leads and update lead details in CRM/Excel.
- Explain basic product/service features to prospects in a clear and friendly manner.
- Follow up on warm leads and support the sales team in closures.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or callbacks for the sales executives.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up notes, and daily reporting.
- Support marketing campaigns by calling leads generated through social media, ads, and webinars.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
- Assist with client onboarding and basic coordination tasks.
Skills & Requirements- Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Ability to handle repeated calling tasks with a positive attitude.
- Good listening skills and persuasive communication style.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM preferred).
- Quick learner with high energy and self-motivation.
- Freshers are welcome.
