Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing professional based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying client needs to promote relevant products or services. The role also involves building strong customer relationships and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and secure potential customers.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and offer constructive solutions.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and present information clearly.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet sales targets within deadlines.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and other regional languages is a plus.
