This is a full-time, on-site Tele Executive role based in Pune. The Tele Executive will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound customer calls, promoting company services, and addressing client inquiries. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, delivering effective service solutions, and providing excellent support to meet business objectives. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will also be a key part of daily activities.

• Strong communication skills, including verbal fluency and customer interaction capabilities
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles for effective lead generation and customer engagement
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills, including MS Office
• Ability to work in a customer-centric environment and handle queries with professionalism and patience
• Experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
